1. Money‑Back Guarantee Period

  • 30‑day guarantee: We offer a full refund on our hosting plans (shared, VPS, dedicated, and email hosting) if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee allows you to try our services risk-free.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within this 30‑day window. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

2. Services Eligible for Refund

The following products qualify for the 30‑day money‑back guarantee:

  • Web hosting plans (shared, cloud, or reseller hosting).

  • Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting.

  • Dedicated server hosting.

  • Email hosting plans.
    If you purchased multiple services, refunds apply only to those listed above. Other services may not be refundable.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

Certain products and fees are not refundable or are refundable only within a short grace period:

  • Domain names: Registration fees for domain names are non‑refundable once processed, because registrars record ownership and incur costs when registering your domain hosting advice. If a refund is granted within 96 hours (four days) for general TLDs (.com, .net, .org), the cost of the domain will be deducted from your refund and you will retain ownership for the rest of the registration period.

  • Domain renewals and transfers: Renewal fees and completed transfers are not refundable.

  • Add‑ons and third‑party services: Fees for SSL certificates, site builders, premium software licenses, marketing services or other third‑party products are non-refundable.

  • Setup or one‑time fees: Any one‑time setup fees or service activation fees are non-refundable.

4. Free Domain with Hosting

If your hosting plan included a promotional free domain registration, the domain cost (normally charged during registration) will be deducted from your refund. The domain remains in your name for the remainder of the registration period.

5. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must cancel the service within 30 days of your initial order.

  • Your account must be in good standing, with no violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, spam or illegal content).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Some payment methods may require the refund to be issued as credit on your Heinova account if direct reimbursement is not possible.

  • Only the first purchase of a hosting service is covered by the money‑back guarantee. Renewals or subsequent purchases are not eligible.

6. Refund Process

  1. Submit a request: Contact our billing team via your account dashboard or by emailing support@heinova.com. Include your account details, order number, and reason for cancellation.

  2. Verification: Our team will verify that your request meets the conditions above.

  3. Processing: Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds back to your account.

7. Additional Notes

  • Heinova may adjust this policy to comply with local regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under Moroccan law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

  • This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly from Heinova. If you bought Heinova services through a reseller or third‑party provider, please contact them for refund options.
